Since leaving high school, I have been on a quest to discover my true vocation in life. I left school and straight into the business world, and I soon realized that customer relations were my forte. It is not always easy to establish a good level of trust with the customers but this has been made easy by my quick learning ability and problem solving skills which have made the whole process enjoyable and rewarding. Reliable employees are hard to find in any organization and I am confident that I can contribute honesty, respect and integrity to all my duties. I have had money management, scheduling, supervising warehouse employees, bookkeeping, organization, and many other positions where I have had continued growth. Moving to the United States was a big change of events for me. I started off as a cashier, which helped me improve my English language skills, handled phone calls, maintained cleanliness of the store, followed food safety guidelines and ensured that everything was well documented. After one year, I moved to the medical field and began as a hospitality aide. The availability of my company’s inclement weather policy and my willingness to work during weekends and holidays helped me get an opportunity to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), a position that I have learned a lot from. I have also learned how to meet the needs of patients with special needs, restorative care, outdoor and indoor activities, bathing and feeding and working in an Alzheimer’s care unit. I have always believed in maintaining a good rapport with the nursing staff and ensuring that any form of harm is reported to the nursing staff immediately. I am a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant with a background in traveling healthcare. I have worked in different settings and have always given quality patient care with proper documentation of the medical status of the patient. I am flexible, have good communication skills and can handle pressure without getting affected. I have always received good feedback from patients and colleagues which prove that I can increase productivity and create a better care environment.
