• Construction of a warehouse with office space for MTC Logistics: A 36,702 square feet facility construction with overall $14M cost allowing company a new storage and office space.

• Visited project sites during construction to monitor progress and consult with contractors and on-site engineers
• Perform geotechnical engineering analyses such as slope stability, external stability evaluation for retaining walls, foundation bearing capacity and settlement analysis
• Designed shallow and deep foundations for residential and harbor developments
