  • Extended to research activities, where I authored and submitted case reports to different peer-reviewed journals and conferences. I was also on-call during weekends, collaborating closely with the Cardiology team.

  • Dr. Quynh Kieu's practice strongly focuses on pediatric mental health, a unique opportunity for me to work with children facing ASD, ADHD, and depression. Utilized assessment tools like the Ages & Stages Questionnaires (ASQ) and questionnaires to evaluate and diagnose.
  • Worked closely with caregivers and provided guidance and support to better care for their children's mental health needs. Learned about practical care for children with neurodevelopmental disabilities extends beyond the clinic. which was providing support in the medical setting, at home, and in school. While it can be challenging I gain my patience and instilled a deep sense of compassion.
