I've always loved food from a young age, partially because I grew up next to a café called Baghdad Café that a friend of my mother happened to run. So, from a young age, I've been around food, and that sparked my curiosity for food and the food industry. There is much I don't know, but I'm eager to learn, and I have a lot of energy to push me throughout the toughest days.
