For the past 2 years, I immersed in childcare as a lead teacher because of the purpose that leads me. I attribute my success and achievements in this role to my personal qualities of patience and understanding. These traits have been the most beneficial.
Bilingual, I put in the best in everything I do, striving to become better, and being open to continuous learning so I can stay abreast of emerging technologies and innovation. I enjoy questioning processes, models, structures, and policies to steer intellectual conversations. As a speech and hearing science student (on track for graduation), I am dedicated to leveraging my skills to make a meaningful impact. Also, my background in behavioral science has widened my knowledge and scope in teaching and facilitating the integration of individuals with learning, behavior, and literacy needs.
My specialty is in Behavioral, Speech, and Hearing science. My teaching and childcare experience is my edge. Other breaths of experience include Classroom Management and First Aid/CPR. For me, the skills I have garnered are most valuable in a position where I can impact knowledge on people or students. Fully aware of diversity and cultural issues, my training and education allow me to be exceptionally empathetic to each individual, regardless of their number or age group.
