Founder of AI Humo Pointe — a ballet-tech EdTech/HealthTech innovation that uses AI and motion-sensor-enabled pointe shoes for injury prevention, technique analysis, and inclusive learning for children with motor or developmental challenges.
In parallel, led digital transformation projects in fintech, e-commerce, and authentication systems. Served as Head of Digital Transformation & E-Commerce at Gano Excel Uzbekistan and Digital Solutions Architect & IT Manager at Alp Omad Invest, delivering ERP, CRM, BI, and IPO-aligned infrastructure.
