I used to be a swimmer in my home country (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) and trained intensively after school every other day during the week. My coach recommended me help him in the summertime, so after regular training, I would stay for some time with some of my teammates to help our coach with indoor swimming pool maintenance

• Maintained a safe and organized practice environment, ensuring all equipment was properly set up and stored.

• Tutored students to develop deeper comprehension of English course materials and better understanding of assignments to improve academic success.
• Organized extracurricular activities such as conversation clubs (we would call it speaking clubs) or writing workshops to supplement in-class instruction.
• Improved students' written and verbal English skills through personalized learning programs.
• Developed methods to motivate and engage students in learning.
