• Remotely install Java, Apache Tomcat, and the iDashboards software on customer machines
• Technically supported iDashboard's Java/J2EE application software on customer machines
• Resolved any application and/or web server-related issues by referring to customer log files
• Answering support calls and emails from customers/prospects and assisting in troubleshooting issues over GoToMeeting/GoToAssist.
