I have worked in education for the twelve years in my hometown of Chicago, IL and had the privilege of teaching the young minds around me about the different paths that life offers and understanding what is behind choices we make day to day. I worked with an open-door policy for students, families, and staff. My movement to leadership in the education space was swift due to my ability to hold all and myself accountable, build trusting relationships, and lead with vulnerability and authenticity. I left education and began my work in the warehouse industry in Memphis, TN in 2022. I work have continued to lead and support with those same values today. I remain committed to supporting the site, even as we've navigated management turnover. I'm dedicated to adapting and pivoting to meet the ever-changing needs of the business.
