Soles In Need is a non-profit organization/club at Del Norte High School, where students organize to collect basic commodities, such as shoes and blankets, through drives in local neighborhoods. After collection events, the club members then distribute the clothing to the homeless through organizations in downtown San Diego, such as Father Joe, and Streets of Hope San Diego

● Took on the leadership role of Vice President within the club and helped other leaders within the club plan and carry out events.

• Assisted in the planning and execution of daily practice sessions to improve player skills and team cohesion.
• Practiced mediation skills, problem solving, patience, leadership, and responsibilities such as ensuring the campers' safety while providing them with fun and healthy activity
• Created and utilized training drills to improve team cohesiveness and performance.
• Managed equipment inventory and procurement, ensuring the availability of necessary gear for training and competitions.

• Completed opening and closing tasks such as setting up workstations, cleaning surfaces and restocking supplies.
• Wiped down tables and removed trash and dirty plates to provide a clean, welcoming dining environment.
• Processed takeout orders quickly to ensure timely delivery of meals.
• Stored food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
