  • Was in a control/monitoring room so my duties included receiving calls from different Baker Hughes sites across the US, getting drivers information, giving them access to the facility while also taking emergency calls from across the country
  • While taking calls we are using five different screens and systems that we must navigate through each day
  • I took up to fifty calls a day while navigating through systems such as, (Microsoft Office, lenal , on guard, id credential center, system administration, etc.) to ensure all information taken is entered into the appropriate system or application
  • The emergency calls that I took from around the world, all range from employees getting hurt, employees' death, any explosions on the oil-well site, any bombings that happen in the area that there may be baker employees and contractors that may have gotten hurt on baker property
  • The fifteen sites that we take calls from we are over the guards that are at them sites so anything that happens at any of the sites they report to us and we email or call the facility coordinator depending on the nature of the call we get from the security guard
  • Also, take emergency calls (bomb threats, oil spills, hurt employees, fires, etc.) from around the world
  • Assembled did inspections', and packaging of ballistic products to fulfill the production schedule and manufacturing requirements
