I am a medical graduate with a strong background in internal medicine, pediatric and child health, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, and public health. I have extensive experience in performing various clinical tasks such as examining and treating patients, doing different procedures, maintaining health records, collecting and handling samples, ordering clinical supplies, documenting patient health conditions, and attending and participating in surgeries. I have completed my internship rotations at reputable hospitals in Addis Ababa. I am also interested in exploring other health care related fields and applying my skills and knowledge to different settings and challenges.

• Frequently taking and logging patient vital signs and medical histories, explaining procedures and doing different procedures on regular and duty time.
• Examine and help patients to get the required treatment.
• Discuss the patient condition with resident and senior doctor’s and give the required treatment that ordered by senior doctor’s. Maintaining health records by updating of patient charts and other records while meeting HIPAA (Health Information Privacy and Accountability Act) regulation.
• Collect and handle samples for pathological testing as well as assist in different surgical procedures. Order the required clinical supplies from the hospital and/or from variety of vendors.
• Documenting a variety of patient health conditions in both written and digital forms. This involves the ability to use computers and software program.
• Attending and study effectively and participate on major surgeries, cesarean section, and other minor surgeries performed by seniors and residents.
