Foremen's Responsibilities

• Dispatching work to each tech, skill set, and learning needs.
• Talking with our clients, notating their concerns, and performing client test drives.
• Maintaining tech training in the CRC, and setting up ILTs for each.
• Keeping special tools inventoried, free from damage, and replaced if necessary.
• Performing reviews of each tech.
• Monitored tech timecards, PTO requests (ADP), hours, efficiency, FRFT, and bonus completion.
• Training new hires and helping to familiarize them with our tech processes and ECT.

Audi technician responsibilities.

-Perform service and repair assignments correctly in the specified time frame, ensuring that repairs pass quality inspections and test drives.

-Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

-Performing vehicle inspections and quoting repairs as needed while being informative and transparent.

• Perform automotive repairs and services in accordance with store and factory standards.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions, and implement effective solutions.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure the quality of repair work.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
