- As Project Director for “Reducing the Risk” Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program, I was responsible for providing today’s youth with effective communication skills about abstinence plus and refusal skills related to unprotected sexual activity. I recruited and retained at risk individuals utilizing a best practice model that focused on both primary prevention and intervention of promiscuity and sexually transmitted diseases. Additionally, youths were given the tools to enhance their own Personal and Social Skills. Lastly, I assisted with grant writing.
