Currently work as a free roam musician and Home Worship Band Saxophonist for FAITH UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST. Leading band in song and being apart of a conglomerate musical demonstration every Sunday and throughout the week occasionally. Participated in many Holiday Concerts and gatherings.

• Selected music carefully in order to achieve balance of musical styles on program.

6-8 month contract hired as a Florida DEO Call Center Representative during COVID-19 lockdown. Worked remotely from home as a Call Center Agent. Call center agents assisted and assured unemployment benefits to callers through FLDEO Unemployment System. Some goals reached were:

• Managed high volumes of calls daily, maintaining composure under pressure while providing exceptional service.
• Exceeded first-call resolution targets by actively listening to customers'' concerns and addressing them thoroughly.
• Collaborated with other departments when necessary, ensuring seamless support for customers across multiple areas.

• Reduced call resolution time through efficient problem-solving and communication skills.

Worked as a Fulfillment Specialist for ABB OPTICAL GROUP picking and packing contact lenses for customer requested orders. Inventory tracking and documenting was apart of job demands.

• Stocked designated items on shelves, end caps and displays.
• Transported merchandise pallets to move in warehouse.
• Coordinated efficient organization, palletizing and transportation of completed packages.

• Checked inventory and selected products from specific locations based upon availability.
