CR Ministry Lead

• Oversee administration and management of all areas of ministry.
• Schedule and/or teach 75% of Celebrate Recovery lessons at Thursday night services.
• Oversee a team of 12 volunteers for the logistics of Celebrate Recovery.
• Recruit, develop and invest in the lives of volunteer leaders.
• Counseling couples or Celebrate Recovery participants of the same gender. (My wife is a servant leader and comes alongside the ladies of CR).
• Supported outreach programs to promote inclusivity and spiritual growth within CR.
• Developed and maintained the Celebrate Recovery budget.

Outreach

Rehab:

• Monthly outreach going into a rehab/detox with a team of 3 sharing the good word of CR through our experience, strengths and hope in Jesus Christ.
• Monthly outreach going into a juvenile long term rehab with a team of 3 sharing the good word of CR through our experience, strengths and hope in Jesus Christ.

Homeless/Unhoused:

• Quarterly outreach to feed, cloth and bring the good news of Jesus Christ to the homeless in north Jersey.

CR Inside:

• Weekly a team of three go into Bergen County Jail where we share the good word of CR through our experience, strengths and hope in Jesus Christ

• Led small group Bible studies to promote deeper understanding of scriptural texts and foster spiritual growth among attendees.

Prayer Minister Co Lead

• Oversee a team of 65 along with my wife.
• Oversee an admin team that helps schedule for four services.
• Provided pastoral care, counseling individuals and families in need of support.
• Guiding and equipping others in the practice of prayer.
• Model prayer, teach others how to pray and mobilize a team to support prayer efforts.

Mens Transform

Provides action-oriented clear steps, accountability, and inspiration to move every area of your life forward as we grow to become a Luke 2:52 man, growing in wisdom, stature and favor with God and man.

• Core leader that pours into over 600 men every week.
• Led small group Bible studies to promote deeper understanding of scriptural texts and foster spiritual growth among attendees.
• Mentored volunteers, building a strong foundation of leadership within the ministry team.
• Promoted spiritual growth with well-curated retreats and workshops.
