SAP Master Data Analyst

- Responsible for Creation and update of all new Products, Bills of Material, Routings and inspection plans.
- Working Collaboratively with the NPD (New Product Development) team, to bring new products from concept into production, ensuring to create the required SAP data as the product moved through the different gate stages, into a commercial product.
- Work Collaboratively with other TE sites across the globe to ensure traceability of products which are manufactured across multiple TE sites, ensuring the One Material number policy was being upheld and duplicated product numbers were not created.
- Attending daily Tier meetings with the different business functions to address any SAP/Master Data related issues which may be affecting the site and working to resolve these issues to prevent instances of production coming to a standstill, or shipments being missed.
- Leader of a twice weekly SAP Clinic, an hour-long open forum where anyone from the business could come with questions around any aspect of SAP
- Responsible for Data Governance and good data practice at the site, running weekly, biweekly and monthly reports for the business, for such things as Aging orders and materials which were coming near or past expiry date.
- Leader of a weekly meeting with the document control team to work through any issues and to address aging Engineering changes which had SAP elements such as product Rev change, and working to close these out.
- Work with the production Planning/Purchasing team to ensure the correct maintenance of Bills of materials, and component consumption quantities to ensure accurate MRP requirements are being driven for both subassembly production and raw material purchase.
