- Research and investigate matters relating to sensitive information and banking
- Speak on the phone to different parties relating to required research
- Keep sensitive information private and following all federal regulations pertaining to privacy and processes
- File reports and relevant paperwork to resolve issues and maintain records
- Maintain courteous and professional demeanor to all involved parties to provide good experience
- Analyze different scenarios and make decisions based on experience and expertise
- Process sensitive information as part of onboarding
- Train employees to legal standards required by state
- Provide one on one support for employees needing assistance with HR related issues such as payroll, onboarding, tax filing status, and benefits
- Travel when required to assist other locations in staffing needs and training
- Adapt to changing policies and procedures
