  • Maintained extensive bar and food knowledge to curate recommendations to guests. As a leader in the restaurant, I knew the menu and ordering system well enough to assist other servers.
  • I was responsible for payments and returning/counting money at the end of the night (no error margin)
  • As a headwaiter, I was given a larger section than others and was responsible for checking out other servers. At the end of the night, I organize the tip sheets, payments, and server clock-outs for the closing manager.
  • As a bartender, I organized and maintained the barback and liquor room. I prioritized cleanliness and guest satisfaction through consolidation and anticipating guest needs.
  • As a Saturday night service bartender, I was solely responsible for making the bar drinks ordered on a high-volume floor.
  • As a to-go server, I took orders over the phone, assisted in making reservations and answering questions, and was responsible for packing and delivering food orders.
