Since starting my hair journey in 2017 at 19 years old, I’ve truly feel like I’ve had such a diverse clientele in my chair. I’ve seen every type of person from every background from each walk of life. While being on my own for the past two or so years has been tough it’s also taught me so much. I’ve learned the business side of the career and not just the fun of having clients and coworkers. The self discipline that booth renting brings is very rewarding and I wouldn’t change a thing. However, I am a person who thrives in a social setting with a support system and that’s what I feel I can bring to the work environment as well.
For the beginning of my cosmetology journey I was an associate for the co owner of Pazza Bella. I worked full time specifically under her and for a period of time under both of the owners. I did the summit assistant program for about a year before going on the floor full time. There I learned the ins and outs of the hair world. I did my best to maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and industry news, ensuring relevant styling suggestions for clients. Helping to educate clients about products and self-maintenance for healthy hair based on needs, preferences, and life style. I would like to say I have built a strong and lasting relationship with my clients through consistency of communication and truly listening to their needs or wants during their consultation whether they’re brand new or a client I’ve had since the beginning.
