FIFO Method . Drain,clean ,refill all chemical sink in the fab. Working with 200 liter drums weight 200 to 800 pounds chemical drum using the lifter and replacing chemical to the bulk feed when need it . Clean the 55 gallon drum. Base or acid on a daily bases . Replace resist , HMDS And negative Hnr 20 chem in all photo when need it . Replace and clean coated cups .clean with chemical aceton and xylene . Replace sog bottle when it gets Empty . Tanking care of sog waste . Satellite . Keeping an eye through the bulk feed chemical drum ass much as 80 all in the basement . Perform drum change when need it . Sulfuric ,hf, hydrogen peroxide . Phos, and etc .
