In this role, I was responsible for the full spectrum of Registered Nurse duties, including the delivery of skilled rehabilitation services, comprehensive patient assessments, the development and implementation of individualized care plans, and the management of pain. My responsibilities encompassed a wide range of procedures, such as medication administration (including IV medications and enteral feedings via PEG tubes), phlebotomy, PICC line management, wound care, ostomy care, and the provision of CPAP and oxygen therapy. I consistently adhered to established protocols and collaborated effectively with primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and achieve their health goals.

Beyond the technical aspects of nursing, I take pride in my ability to connect with patients and their families, providing education and support throughout their care journey.
