Additional Information

  • March 22, 2021 To Whom It May Concern: This letter of recommendation is written on behalf of Ms. Kim Frantz. I have known Kim and worked with her for the last seven months. As Kim's direct supervisor, I can accurately speak to her skill set. Kim is one of three staff working at one of my alternative high schools. Kim's position is responsible for many logistical items but the two primary roles involve her direct contact and relationships with students. Kim leads the security checks with students and also manages attendance records in our database system. Along with these managerial tasks, Kim works 1:1 with every student every day. Kim possesses many attributes that make her a phenomenal employee. She is organized yet flexible, stern yet calm, and collaborative yet independent. Kim sees the big picture and respects systemic policies and procedures. Kim is dedicated and truly takes pride in all she does. Kim also goes above and beyond. She uses her creativity to expand activities in our elective courses and volunteers outside of the school day to collaborate with other staff. Kim has positive relations with students, staff and parents and provides regular ongoing feedback with all stakeholders. She stops at nothing to ensure her colleagues are supported and she gives 100% all year long. Clearly, Kim's work ethic speaks for itself. She is focused on helping others and never runs from a challenge. She is reflective in her practice and strives for excellence in all that she does. Kim's strength lies in her ability to recognize how various initiatives connect, and she strives to braid these initiatives for local capacity building, implementation with fidelity and sustainability over time. Kim is a hard worker who values positive relationships. It is without hesitation that I recommend Ms. Kim Frantz for a position in your organization. Sincerely, Colleen Stuckart Colleen M. Stuckart CESA#1, Assistant Director of Instructional Services
