• Dispense medications per physician and facility orders, document any and all pertinent information pertaining to medications. Attend care plan meetings with residents and guardians, Enter notes into computer system for residents file quarterly, annually, upon admission and discharge. Adhere to all state regulations. Update residents daily trust and disperse money as directed by guardian and/or trustee. Ensure that all residents have a daily schedule of ADL’s and document any and all behaviors. Work daily with Administrator/DON to make sure residents needs/concerns are met and stay in contact with guardians/trustees, enter MDS notes as needed.

Ensure that medications are administered as prescribed by the physician and also by facility protocol. Document any and all necessary and pertinent information regarding patients medication. Assist with patients ADL’s, restorative care, transfers, and any and all other duties as needed. Ensured that all medical records were updated and purged per state regulations, Changed orders in MAR and TAR per physician orders. Updated all pe.rtinent information in charts. Closed out charts when patients were deceased and discharged. Assisted the Director of Nursing, and Administrator as needed
