Accomplishments

Care. Mentor/ Mentee Program— I participated in the program as a Mentor. The program was created for employees to be able to network with others outside of their normal day to day. This program gave me and my mentee the opportunity to gain a broader understanding of Care. and add additional value to our current or future roles. My mentee and I met monthly to discuss our roles, challenges and celebrate accomplishments. We were also given topics to use as a tool if needed. My mentee and I have since kept in touch and plan to continue to do so.
