She also works extensively with Elite, Pro and Olympic level athletes to improve their peak performance.

Dr. Lannon received a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from the Suffolk University, a second Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and her Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. She is certified as a Sport Psychology Consultant, and as a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medical Practitioner with a focus on holistic integrative techniques and interventions.

Dr. Lannon enjoys combining her skills as a Doctor and Educator to help her clients who struggle with staying organized, keeping focused at work or school, and overcoming the anxiety and depression that often prevents them from fully living their lives.
