• Negotiation and administration of multiple concurrent federal grants and contracts, ensuring that all expenditures are in compliance with terms and conditions, and consistently aligned with project budget throughout the award period;
• Development and negotiation of indirect cost rates (NICRA); review and monitoring of indirect cost rate methodology to maximize recovery of costs; preparation of annual incurred cost submission;
