Led the startup and launch of the Spadaro perfume brand. Established a creative team from concept to production of fragrance and packaging, along with all brand pillars. Worked diligently through social media and networking events on brand awareness. Developed operational procedures, fulfillment guidelines, and customer service practices. Collaborated with public relations agents on desk-side interviews, promotional write-ups, and press releases. Promoted the brand's public profile by participating in speaking engagements as the face and founder of the brand. Attended and participated in film festivals, celebrity engagements, and award ceremonies, promoting Spadaro.
Launched nationally with Nordstrom department stores in October 2011, I conducted continuous training of Nordstrom beauty teams throughout The U.S. I attended in-store appearances, interacting with sales teams, and customers.
• Traveled internationally, developing specific business relationships with the goals of expanding to Europe and the Middle East.
• Moved to Paris France in 2015 to develop a new division of the brand, Spadaro Privé. Worked daily with Centdegres, an international creative firm, on all aspects of Spadaro's new packaging and brand pillars. Coordinated glass manufacturing in Vienna, to outer packaging in France, and China.
• Completed the new division in 2018, launching in Manama, Bahrain. The Capital Club.
