Assist with planning church wide children's events such as Easter Eggstravaganza, VBS & Harvestfest with over 250 participants. Support staff with childcare as needed for other church activities/classes. Schedule paid teachers as well and enter bi-weekly payroll. Prepare welcome bags for "New parents". Communicate any new policies/procedures to parents regarding infants, preschool.
