  • Complete start-up from website development, Service Titan ERP implementation, call center staff training and plumber technician training.
  • We started running service calls in November of 2018 with a strategic balance of adding calls and plumbers. The service division grew to fourteen trucks, and eighteen employees by December of 2021.
  • Collaborated and actively managed marketing with Scorpion and later Blue Corona on PPC/SEO campaign development to drive Google campaigns for growth.
  • Developed and implemented strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Drove year-over-year business growth while leading operations, strategic vision, and long-range planning.
  • Total new customers added from 2018 to 2021 6,200, total 3-year revenue, $6,716mil with growth year over year.
