Served as a leader at one fo the University's sites for COVID-19 testing during the pandemic.

Brought on to serve on the President's leadership team. Spearheaded the implementation of communication routines with national championship hosts. Oversaw the coordination of the NJCAA Virtual Annual Convention and NJCAA Summer Series (COVID environment).

Held many titles over 29 years at UNC Charlotte - highlights of responsibilities:

Directly supervised a diverse team of 40+ staff members. Assisted in the management of a Division I athletic programs day-to-day internal operations. Managed multiple men and women's sports programs as well as support staff within the department. Collaborated with other divisions accrss the University to create connectivity between the Athletics division and campus. Actively engaged in the University's decision to add the sport of football, including serving as the liaison for the construction of the $42m phase 1 of the football complex. Served on multiple campus and department steering committees - serving as chair for many. Managed or played key leadership roles in multiple NCAA and conference tournaments held in Charlotte.
