• Expedited for the seven Miller plants under four buyers
• Expedited overdue orders and orders being held for price and part number and unit of measure discrepancies. 
• Worked with AP to get vendors paid that had us on hold due to over due payment.
• Kept records on long lead time orders so we had details to give our customer
•  Worked with accounts payable on match exceptions
• Created and maintained Email and contact list for all vendors in excel
