I had the opportunity work with the Boiler Department with USRO personnel as my instructors. During this time, I have gained skills, knowledge, ability, and experience in utility operations, maintenance, responsibility, safety protocols, technical knowledge and skills, customer service, and team effort.

• Ensured safe operations by following the manufacturer's instructions for power tool use.
• Followed safety guidelines while repairing furnaces and working with inert gases.
