Responsible for all housekeeping functions, including, but not limited to the following-

  • Recruit, hire, and train housekeeping staff. Both internal staffing, as well as contract companies.
  • Oversee laundry program, and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Work with other department heads in streamlining procedures to save company resources.
  • Manage payroll for cleaning teams.
  • Oversee QC for over 300 Airbnb properties.
  • Maintain a great working relationship with over 25 contractors.
  • Manage all scheduling for internals and contractors.

During my time with HCPL, I have successfully built a fantastic team from the ground up. I have created, implemented, and overseen a deep clean schedule for each property to maintain the highest cleanliness standards for our owners, as well as our guests. I am currently assisting with creating and implementing a Program for housekeeping that will reduce turnover, increase owner and guest retention, as well as increase cleanliness scores across the board.
