During my time with HCPL, I have successfully built a fantastic team from the ground up. I have created, implemented, and overseen a deep clean schedule for each property to maintain the highest cleanliness standards for our owners, as well as our guests. I am currently assisting with creating and implementing a Program for housekeeping that will reduce turnover, increase owner and guest retention, as well as increase cleanliness scores across the board.
Assist management team with outlining shift goals and then utilize team building skills with peers to ensure goals were met.
