Re-inserting Mickey buttons if they are loose or need changing, Assisting Respiratory therapist with Trach Changes and Suctioning. Administer medications per doctor orders, Monitoring of patients with seizures, Narcotic counts and administration, wound care treatments and periodically on STAT teams

As an LVN for urgent care I was responsible for providing nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems, I was able to Triage patients with their chief complaints in a packed waiting room. I gave various injections, Urinary Analysis, breathing treatments, Asthma Peak flows, Trach Care, Catheter insertion, collected different types of specimens, and obtained vitals, educated family members regarding Labs or prescriptions per doctors' orders. Always working calmly and courteously under pressure.

My job description as a back office medical assistant in a pediatric office consisted of keeping all my assigned rooms clean and stocked. Proper instruments for surgical procedures autoclave and sanitized, Administered vaccines for infants, children, and teens.
