Manage Construction team: Oversee projects coordinating and facilitating communication and progress of teams consisting of Construction Managers, A&E Consultant, Field Engineers, City Construction Inspectors and administrative professionals.

• Coordinates construction with representatives from Office of Engineering Services Capital Project Division, Strategic Asset Management, Office of Linear Infrastructure Operation, Office of Water and Wastewater Treatment, and other City of Atlanta Departments This Construction team is tasked with working on. • Projects have ranged from pump station to relocation of transmission mains, water mains, and water lines, sewer mains, storm mains. combined systems, and retention systems to relocations of firehydrants, meters plus milling and paving. In 2020, this team averaged approximately 22 active construction projects per month.
• Projects range from small facilities projects, conveyance construction for sewage collection piping, potable water distribution piping, Storm water piping, and green infrastructure, meter vault large and small as well as meter installation and abandonment.
• Assists with training of field staff both in the field and in formal training sessions for OES CMD.
• Regularly conducts staff meeting and tool box safety moments.
• Assists Program and Project Mangers with reviews of design plans, and the scheduling of capital infrastructure projects, in the development of scopes of work, reviews cost estimates for projects while maintaining compliance with state, and local regulations.
• Performs constructibility reviews as required.
• Manages resources by effectively monitoring project schedule and expenditures to ensure that budget and schedule objectives are achieved.
• Attends project status meetings, prepares bimonthly, monthly & quarterly program and project cost reports.
