Job duties included:

• Direct Physical Therapy services consisting of evaluation of client/patient needs, design and carryout of treatment programs in the home, school or program setting.
• Development of personalized exercise programs to maximize mobility and independence participants/patients.
• Program consultation in the area of Physical Therapy, Mobility and Safety, and Adaptive Equipment such as wheelchairs, assistive ambulation devices and braces.
• Staff, and participant/patient education on exercise programs, use of Adaptive Equipment, patient safety (fall risk/ prevention, safe transfers, etc.)
• Serving as a member of the clients'/patients' professional interdisciplinary team and advocating for services, equipment and support as needed for greatest independent function.
