In my tenure with this Design/Design Build team, I gained experience in managing low voltage design projects. I had the pleasure of working with the top architects and engineers in the industry, collaborating on large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments, hospitality projects, coworking spaces, regional hubs, distribution centers, community centers, and more. I began my studies in pursuit of my RCDD, and I am continuing my pursuit of knowledge in BICSI standards.

• Provide low voltage, security, and audio-visual design for design-build and design projects using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Created a hiring assessment for Revit and conducted hiring interviews.
• Revit and BIM collaboration training for team members and companies.

I began my own company, providing freelance drafting work to individuals and companies.

• I worked with individuals, architects, and engineers creating construction document sets and renderings for both commercial and residential architectural projects.

I was brought in to consult on projects that were based in Revit and to assist in the effort to convert the existing AutoCAD templates and standards into Revit templates and families.

• I participated in team efforts on many large-scale low voltage, security, and audio-visual design projects. I have listed a few that I am proud to be a part of.
• Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. I assisted the on-site design team with Revit consulting and collaborating.
• Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport renovation project. This project was large-scale and involved coordination with many collaboration teams and linked models.

• As an architectural design drafter at this architectural design firm specializing in veterinary hospitals, I had the pleasure of creating colorful 3D renderings and construction documents for new construction, tenant fit-out, and renovation projects.
• Converted AutoCAD files to working Revit templates. Developing custom families for walls, doors, windows, and architectural elements.
• Performed daily design and drafting tasks in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Responsible for creating architectural construction documents.
• Rendered 3D models and color elevations in Revit.
• Created the template in Revit for construction documents.
• Conducted Revit training.
• Managed redlines and comments for permitting in various counties for large commercial projects.
