Duties:

I coordinated with IU professors to serve in educating, overseeing and evaluating students, while they completed their clinical program. I provided hands on and educational opportunities for each BSN student that I had the honor supervising.

Ø Served on 504 and IEP advisory group at Laurel Elementary and Junior High School in the Franklin County Community School Corporation

Duties:

I acted as a liaison between Student, Parents, Teachers, Social workers and others involved in developing a Section 504 Plan/ or IEP. This plan provided the appropriate educational services to meet each individual student with disabilities needs. In this capacity, I provided the knowledge of any medical or medication issues. As a result, this allowed everyone involved the ability to make the best decision for that student.

Ø CPR Instructor

Duties:

Instructed, educated and supervised teaching CPR to Teachers, Staff, Community Members and EMS personnel.

Ø Purchaser for School Nurse Health Clinic at Franklin County Community School Corporation

Duties: Under the supervision of Superintendent, I organized, purchased and stocked the 5 Nursing Health clinic offices in the corporation. I always remained under budget and kept the nursing clinics well stocked. As a result of coming in under budget, we were able to purchase a “big ticket item” for each clinic annually.
