Accomplishments

  • Worked with upper management to establish the rebranded Central Scheduling department, greatly increasing team's productivity and customer service.
  • Daily I bring to Central Scheduling a positive attitude and outlook which was needed to to help unify all team members to work with each other as a single unit and not against each other. A now unified Central Scheduling Team has made a positive impact with other teams within Goodman Campbell which now leads to the best patient care possible.
  • Lead the Central Scheduling Team in redefining the definition of "great customer service" when working with patients. Most recognizable which sets Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine's Central Scheduling Department apart from others is a 24 to 48 hour turn around in scheduling all incoming referrals.
  • Collaborated with Team Members creating a streamlined process of scheduling patients without records, whether the patient is self referring or an intended referral was never received, taking all burden off of the patient to obtain needing doctor's records and imaging reports.
  • Supervised a team of 3 staff members through the difficult months of Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine's unfortunate cyber-attack. Working closely with upper management finding solutions in maintaining discretion, but finding ways to answer patient's question in a timely manners.
