Experience Fayetteville Visitor's Center is the tourism and event hub for the city of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Fayetteville has several hotels and restaurants being the home of the University of Arkansas Razorbacks. The home game weekends during football alone pack the city hotels and restaurants to capacity. The Visitor's Center works hand in hand with area hotels helping guests find lodging when the town is sold out. All restaurant and hotel managers and staff can be nominated by guests/customers only. For each month in the year a "Hospitality Hero" is selected by getting the most "votes". In January the following year the twelve "Heroes" are invited to a banquet where they name the "Hero" of the year and they have an award for Manager of the Year selected by the staff of the Visitor's Center and all restaurant and hotel managers.
