Manages secretarial work flow in section to ensure timely completion of assignments and committee work
Trains new secretarial staff in all aspects of the job and in office policies and procedures
Monitors skill level of secretarial employees and makes recommendations when necessary
Assists Section Chief in secretarial evaluations with feedback, comments and recommendations
Maintains assignment records, assignment files, leave requests records, attendance calendar , travel and conferences requests and any other administrative matters delegated by the section chief
Monitors committee files to ensure that they are complete, accurate, orderly and up-to-date.
