In this position, I work in collaboratively with community stakeholders, and ELS Regional Managers on city-wide initiatives to ensure consistent implementation of PSEI services while ensuring compliance and developing and implement strategic plans that are consistent with Elwyn's Early Learning Services strategic mission as well as align with OCDEL regulations.

My main responsibilities included monitoring and providing ongoing supervision and support to clinical staff, developing policies and procedures for the department, monitoring IDEA and Chapter 14 regulations and timelines, Child Find and outreach activities and weekly department meetings with the Elwyn ELS administration team
I was also responsible for resolving parental complaints and when necessary, involved in informal/mediation and due process hearings
Other duties included facilitating hiring and training of all new employees and managing building operations.
