  • Provide programmatic oversight and administrative supervision of over 60 early intervention professionals who assess, provide treatment, and manage IEP development for preschool Early Intervention (PSEI) services in assigned region in the city of Philadelphia
  • In this position, I work in collaboratively with community stakeholders, and ELS Regional Managers on city-wide initiatives to ensure consistent implementation of PSEI services while ensuring compliance and developing and implement strategic plans that are consistent with Elwyn's Early Learning Services strategic mission as well as align with OCDEL regulations.

  • I was also responsible for resolving parental complaints and when necessary, involved in informal/mediation and due process hearings
  • Other duties included facilitating hiring and training of all new employees and managing building operations.
