Assisting and screening uninsured hospital patients in applying for state and government services such as Medicaid and working alongside DCF and other resources. Other duties encompassed screening patients through the charity program through Naples Community Hospital and processing charity paperwork and approving charity assistance to assist with hospital bills. Gathered, organized and input information into digital database.

Supervised front desk staff in busy dermatology/cosmetic practice, assisted in marketing and monthly sales within the cosmetic/wellness materials, services and promotions. Assisted with wellness presentations for doctors and worked with multiple EHR software programs, medical records, patients and insurance companies. Managed office logistics by scheduling appointments, maintaining files and collecting payments.

Worked alongside director with assisting disabled individuals with daily programs, working with individuals within the low income and assisted in self-management and disease prevention, one on one eating assessments, and grocery shopping and meal preparation plans, and life skills. Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for each participant in the day program.
