I have coached Junior High Track for 18 years.

I helped start the program in 2008 by being a volunteer coach.  Eventually, I earned the head coach position.  Not only do I coach the kids, I also teach life lessons, teamwork, learning how to accept failure and grow from it.  The program has been very successful.   The combined boys and girls teams have 4 state championship titles, along with multiple individual and relay state champions, state record times.
