• Cooking: I love going to new restaurants to experience different cuisines and then trying to recreate it at home. I am especially interested in fine dining.
• Gardening: I have various fruit bearing trees in my backyard including fig, persimmon, and snow pear. I have an indoor hydroponic garden that I have grown eggplants, peppers, tomatoes, strawberries, and salad greens.
• Pottery: a hobby that is very therapeutic and provides a creative outlet for me.
• Traveling: I like to experience different cultures and lifestyles of other peoples.
