I have dedicated the last decade to researching and working in the areas of education and nonprofit work. Most recently, I have traveled to Nepal to research and experience the intersectionality of poverty, education and youth empowerment. Since, I have used my insights and experience abroad to act locally and think globally, contributing to the creation of a more just, equitable, and inclusive society.
I hold an M.Ed in Value-Creating Education for Global Citizenship and Bachelor's in Liberal Studies, with an emphasis in peacebuilding and international studies. My strengths lie in creating safe, inviting, and collaborative spaces for all, particularly for those who come from the most marginalized communities, to enhance and amplify their voice and stories.
