Clear aircrafts for beacon and pushback off company, ensure flights depart on time, don’t block each other in and if maintenance work is needed after pushback designate said area.
Consult with management and leadership when skeleton crews are needed for transloads, back to the block, air turn backs, or ad hoc flights mid or late in an operation.
Code flight delays, write out detailed flight delay reports when needed and not standard sort delays.

From November 2020-July 2021 learned hub ops and worked in the Ramp Office as an acting Ramp Agent until position opened and became WCO Hub Ops as an official Ramp Agent.
Function as load captain, pin, drive, load, and offload ULDs and bulk loads on every type of compartment of aircrafts with different GSE equipment B757, A300, MD-10, MD-11, B767 and B777.
Provided safe and efficient operation of equipment used for the movement of packages, documents, heavyweight, dangerous goods and ULDs.
Coached new Material Handlers as they came out of training on how to captain reloads and mate up heavy-duty loaders and equipment to aircrafts properly in practice.
Train new hires as they came onto the crew on the ramp and teach them proper drop off for different sort locations as well as teach them lessons learned on the job, policies, and protocols to follow.
