  • Improved GTC Delinquency amount by pulling weekly reports and notifying members to pay right away to avoid being on the staff meeting slide as well as must pay more % and late fees.
  • Recommended a better system for members to log in other than a written log due to some members not always completing the process, which causes us to have an inaccurate count for in/out processing. The new system in the works is electronic which will create a notification before we can assist members.
