While having so much experience working in Healthcare, I also have experience working in a fast paced dining establishment. While managing several tables at a time, I also had to be knowledgeable about 72 different craft beer selections as well as knowing the menu and promotions. I have a passion for optimizing my time and being efficient with time allowed.
